House Makanaga was a full turn-key project with the client living abroad. This house has all the details and frills you can imagine – from polished concrete flooring, wooden detailed floors and ceilings to state of the art solar power systems. House Wrodnigg is situated in De Waterkant, Cape Town – an upmarket suburb overlooking Table Bay. This was a difficult site in terms of space and access in an old residential area. The client lives abroad but we were able to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired by working closely with the appointed architects and principal agent. At Pinnacle Project Management, our goal is to bring our client’s vision to life while working with them and their team every step of the way.

This project is situated in Durbanville, Western Cape. We had to take over the project from another contractor at wet works stage of the process. A lot of adjustments had to be made to render previous mistakes. Pinnacle Project Management was able to rectify and save this project for the client, still staying in his budget. Pinnacle Project Management are construction specialists with vast building experience.

House Te Rielle is situated in Tamboerskloof against the slopes of Table Mountain in Cape Town. This was a full house renovation updating the old Victorian style of housing in the area to a fresh, crisp, clean look with a palette of white marble and wood. This GMP Pharmaceutical facility situated in Franschhoek is the first of its kind in Southern Africa. It boasts a world class facility and greenhouses. Groundbreaking building methods and applications had to be invented and executed by Pinnacle Project Management and a team of engineers and industry professionals. We are very proud of this project that was a challenge and a great feat.
